Error regarding AmgX wrapper and debug-mode PETSc #83

If using AmgX wrapper and PETSc compiled under debug mode (--with-debugging=1), there will be an error from AmgX wrapper. Please see the issue #8 from AmgXWrapper repo.

The issue #8 from AmgXWrapper repo was fixed. We can update the source code of the wrapper in PetIBM now.
