A fork of MangosWoWRegeneration butchered to support most of ModoX's mfil archive (both stream and direct variants).
Additionally includes: optional repacking of chunked (streamed) MPQs and installation for direct downloads.
Requires x64 Windows and .Net Core 2.2.
To use, execute dotnet MfilDownloader.dll and then follow the wizard.
