Add project Randombag

Added the Randombag project to the Base Ecosystem directory by creating a new entry under apps/web/src/data/ecosystem/randombag/ with a metadata.json file. This includes project metadata such as name, description, website, logo path, and category, following the contribution guidelines in the README.
This change is to list Randombag—a cross-chain crypto investment app powered by ZetaChain—on the Base Ecosystem page, making it discoverable to the Base community.
