We use some ambiguous terminology in the comments for rt:cmd. The way it's most commonly used, it seems to be meant to run a command on the riak test node. That's what it does, so that's the good news.
The bad news is that it is implemented in the rtdev module and gives the impression that it's meant to run commands on the riak node. Since it's a devrel, there's no real difference between these two things, but if we add an ssh harness, this becomes trickier.
