In the film category, we have both Dirt and Sparkle, but is there any way to consolidate these? Is there a reason for them to remain distinct?

In my opinion, it’s important to distinguish between physically present on the element (can be cleaned easily before digitising or printing) and photographically copied into the element (which can be masked digitally, in a more or less convincing way, depending e.g. on the size).
