There are a number of changes in app structure, interrelationship with bbc/psammead and with approaches to testing that should be resolved, all together these should meet the definition of moving to a v2.0

We also need to ensure the app can scale so we need to add all services to nearly all page types and get the application (including it's feature toggles) and the e2es to scale to this level. Oh and treeshaking of course :)
