Include color table

Please include the "standard" Land Cover CCI color table as attribute of variable lccs_class as a mapping from class value to RGB value. The attribute could be flag_colors and accompany the flags_meaning and flag_values attributes. (Although, "flag" is actually a wrong wording.)

Which format should the colors follow? What would be the best CCI Toolbox?
Hex values RGB: #ffff64,#ffff64,#ffff00 ...
Maybe the CSS way, so that also rgb(255,255,100) is possible?

I'd prefer an array color_map with dims (classes=N, color=4). But let's check CF conventions first.

There is no CF convention for this. My suggestion is inline with the other flag attributes.
