New Society NR - wrong designation error message

The explanatory text should read Societies, not Cooperatives. "A Society name must include....."
Steps to replicate this issue:

1. Start a Society NR
2. Enter a name that does not contain a required societies related designation
3. Submit your NR
4. Observe the described error

It appears that Namex API is returning the wrong error code (DESIGNATIONS_MISSING_CP or DESIGNATIONS_CHECK_USE_CP), and the UI doesn't have an appropriate message for Societies.

I believe this fix will require a Namex API change + a Namerequest UI change.
