Description

This PR implements several key changes to enhance the functionality and flexibility of the site participant and site participant role tables:

• The foreign key constraints from the site participant and site participant role tables have been removed to allow deletion without impacting other related tables.

• Introduced hard delete functionality for site participants and their associated roles, enabling permanent removal of records from the database.

• Included migration scripts to facilitate the updates to the database structure.

• Adjusted the schema to make certain columns nullable, reflecting the current requirements of the system.
