Release #2 - Notes Pre-release
Pre-release

What's New!

1) When an administrative user clicks 'fetch disposition data', the application information is fetched but no application is created. Users need to select 'create' to actually create an application on PRC.
2) If an administrative user makes text changes to an application, they will be prompted to confirm that they indeed want to discard their changes before navigating away from the page. Previously, administrative users could accidentally leave the page with unsaved changes and lose work.
3) On the list page, the drop-down for each individual application was enhanced. Remaining days in a comment period was added, number of comments received was added, and the headers were bolded for further clarity.
4) The list page now shows the comment period status on the right hand side of the list entry. This field is filterable by using the toggle at the top of the list so that administrative users can view only applications with an open or future comment period. Further, administrative users can copy the URL and share the filtered list with other administrative users.
5) A reset button was added to the 'edit application' page. Users can use this button to discard any text changes made to the application and revert the application text to what it was before they opened it. User will be asked if they indeed want to discard their changes before the reset is applied. Please note, if an administrative user deletes a document, they can not revert this change. The document must be re-uploaded.
6) A 'reset map' button was added to the thumbnail of the map on the application details page. This allows the administrative user to interact with the map and reset it back to it's original position if desired.
7) On the list page, if an administrative user sorts or filters the list, the URL changes. This URL can be copied and shared so that colleagues can share specific filtered results with one another. Please note, if a user is not logged in, they will be unable to access the link.
