  • For each character you requested, there is at least a monospace/programming font supports this character. Provide images below.

These are essentially superscript + italic. Additionally, in ExtIPA use, they are often passed through text markup to make them subscript at the same time; This may be handled by making them "midscript" instead as a compromise, but it's up to you.
