This is about starting and stopping wifi hotspot in PC with wifi adapter connected to it
Run .bat files with administration privilage,run wifi-start.bat for starting hotspot and wifi-stop for stopping hotspot
To change hotspot name.right click wifi-start.bat file,and insert new wifi name in ssid..for example ssid="newWifiName"
Similarly to change password.right click wifi-start.bat file and replace your new password in key.. for example key="newPassword"
PS. this won't allow your devices connect to hotspot access to internet

To share your internet connection on this hotspot go to the Network and sharing center and click on Change adapter setting. Here right click on the Connection that you use to connect to internet and select properties. In properties go to Sharing tab and check the box "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection and select the network connection name that is used by your hotspot.(For this check the Network Connection Window and look for Connection which says Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter). And save it. Now your inter net connection is shared.
