[oltp][doc] Add documentation for how to compile and run from source

• oracle jdbc jar need to be download manually, it is documented in pom.xml
• figure how to run local test, its .travis.yml is a good example
• figure how to run distributed test and collect host metrics ... it is supported in server,
• get a list of database and benchmark it supports
  • better have a table, or something auto generated, so we can run stuff like a grid search (it's actually should belong to benchub's runner, or scheduler or whatever ...)
