I have thought of a way to handle this.
Whenever a user clicks on "Read To Me", the speech will start, and the resd to me controls will become 40-50% visible or even disappear and then they will reappear on a single-touch on the screen.
This is possible as when the read mode starts the single touch event is not handled, so this might handle the problem.
Please reply with your suggestions.
