No coloring for section highlight

It's very common to program in matlab using sections, separated by %%. There is currently no support for it. I changed mine to a slightly lighter background and it seems to work fine but a better decision is likely possible.

If you have some good colors to try for this I'd be happy to incorporate it into the code. The issue I had initially was finding a good mix between background color, cell highlight color, and line highlight color.

My personal workflow favors the line highlights, so I turned off the cell highlights until a good color scheme could be worked out. I just haven't gotten around to it...

Thanks and I hope we can figure something out here... I will make sure to turn it back on in the restore defaults code. I noticed that was missing.

The color I selected in the end was 003C4C, RGB Color code. But yes, it is not the best.
