Install the resume-cli.

• resume serve to view edits locally.
• resume validate to ensure it meets the schema.
• resume export ./resume.pdf to generate an updated pdf.

Uses GitHub Actions to automatically update the gist (used for registry hosting) when changes to resume.json in this repo are merged to master.
