New: Hot/New switch, an easy way to switch between the most active links (Hot, default), and the latest (New). (Only for tablet/desktop/large screens for now).

Refreshed UI: Some minor and subtle updates to the UI.
- "Mnml: on/off" label updated to "Theme: Classic/mnml".
- Removed redundant "close" word from close-modal button.

Added r/All as a default subreddit.
Fixes:
- Better handling of addition of Subreddits.
- On iOS 7+ for iPhones, proper edge-swipe-to-go-back gesture implemented.
