WIP: Upgrades for router statistics #576

This is work in progress until the python script is finalized and can replace the existing script.

  • Add p port for network stats tracking
  • Add tag field to CSV file
  • Remove "trace_en" dependency
  • Update testbench
  • Add preliminary heatmap script

What remains left is to

  1. parse the tag and print out the router statistics for different tag regions. Or handle that as a command line parameter. At the moment, the script simply takes the first and the last tag and produces the difference in router_heatmap.rpt.
  2. Describe the output of the file. H means host/IO row, V means cache, T means tile. Utilized means the link was used, stalled means a link was stalled, stalled by arbitration means that the link was stalled by another packet getting to use its target link, idle is self explanatory.
  3. All utilizations are percents (so out of 100)
