These version number updates are now handled by publish.py with the -x or -u combined with -b option:

(only if utralib changes: svd2utra, utralib)

- two locations, special syntax because of optional dependencies

api/xous-api-susres
api/xous-api-ticktimer
services/xous-* (any order)

Update version numbers in:

xtask/src/verifier.rs
locked packages for remote builds in xtask/src/main.rs
