Issue #: No issue

Maui often requests additional values be added to the entity_types enum as a Maui dev task. I thought they might appreciate if they could just... do that in admin-panel themselves

Changes:

  • Add CreateEntityType handler
  • Add addEntityType util to the entity model class
  • Add createConfig to the page on admin-panel
