Cylinder and polyhedron use a different material Indix on each face.
Remove GeometryLoader: Broken and unused
bugfix: When currentFrame == animation.lastFrame then first animation frame is rest pose.
Adding logic to assign material.program for MeshFaceMaterials
…sign directly.

Not sure why this code needs to be executed every frame though. /ping @tschw @MiiBond
