It's probably worth looking at what the commands do as push combines publish and is a shorthand for yalc publish --push. These should work as intended so I'd recommend taking the simplest approach within the docs. Docs on that here.
It would also be helpful to briefly explain what the commands are doing in these instances/usages.

114 - This issue adds another step to the local development docs of build tools. It helps users know what do to once a change has been made and how to update their test project.
