Notable changes
- Now run steamlink in a new VT (using
openvt). - The kodi service is being stopped to save resources when launching steamlink.
- A heartbeat is started in the background to detect steamlink presence. If steamlink is stopped, automatically restart kodi service.
- Added full requirements to make it works in README.
