Arrayed events broken.

Arrayed events are broken and not work working correctly. You'll have to review the beastiary and see how to invoke the event function. You have a construct where you create a counter function, then a different one for a callback that is called until others terminate the step. The counter function is natural when invoked from the step function, but zero to many is natural when creating an event.
