Downloaded and generated files in the repository

@1cg While excluding files from fixing typos I've met with downloaded and generated files in this repository and in htmx.

These files can be removed and a build process can download/generate them.
www/test/* could be accessed by git tags.
What do you think?

Hi @szepeviktor yeah this is a pattern I adopted for htmx and carried over to hyperscript.

Willing to consider removing them if you want to take a look at what @alexpetros did over in htmx-land
