Refinements and related work to showing elevations in directions:

• Assess whether the criteria for labeling a "steep hill" or "very steep hill" work well in practice. When convinced they do, remove the grade percentages: Instead of showing "steep hill (max grade 10.8%)", just show "steep hill."
• "Steep hill" should not be colored green. Maybe a gray pill.
• Indicate steep hills visually on the map #332
• Show elevation profiles for bike legs (or entire routes) #253
