The input capture portal implementation in ashpd finally works as expected. It would be nice to include a demo for it, in both the docs with some simple snippets as well as in ashpd-demo.

cc @feschber, is the first part of the issue something you would be willing to help with? I can adapt that and add it to the demo afterwards

Yeah, I could help with that.

I stumbled upon another issue in the gnome desktop portal:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/xdg-desktop-portal-gnome/-/issues/126

This prevents changing barriers with the same capture session which is something to be aware of.
