Using OpenCV tracking laser pointer motion to plot its path onto the screen.

Steps

1. Thresholding the image for red spot to identify the laser pointer
2. Manual tuning slide bars to set thresholding parameters
3. Hough Transfor to locate circular conture of the laser pointer
4. Plotted on to the screen
