Issue occurs inside onUserDataUpdateEvent onFailure method, due to a new event called "outboundAccountPosition"

outboundAccountPosition is sent any time an account balance has changed and contains the assets that were possibly changed by the event that generated the balance change. - source

onFailure message: "Unrecognized user data update event type id: outboundAccountPosition"
