Add custom URL link on project page or...

Currently: Project pages only have Shareable URLs and Data URI
For the AmphibiaWeb Disease Portal team projects there is no link back to the public project page on https://amphibiandisease.org

Ex. On this page https://geome-db.org/workbench/project-overview?projectId=286
would need a link to:
https://amphibiandisease.org/projects/?id=286

Would either a new field for adding any custom URL or replace for our team Shareable URLs Project link (since it's the same projectID) be doable?

We can actually just make a field called "project homepage" under project settings so users can add detail about their project URI
