make fields show hyperlinks if it makes sense #597

For fields like "permitInformation" and many other fields, people will put hyperlinks. it would be great to turn hyperlinks into clickable links where it makes sense for all fields....

Adding request for hyperlinks for RORs for organizations, ORCIDs for people and DOIs etc.
