Given individual BCOs have been reviewed (and feedback has been returned to you in the form of Github issues), a "review" section will need to be added to your BCO. For more details on the review section, see Provenance Domain section of BioCompute Specification.

  1. Open your BCO in the BCO Editor. Select "Edit Object".

  2. Click on "Object Properties" option next to Provenance domain. Select "review".

  3. Scroll down, click "Add item" under Review section

  4. Fill in the following fields:

  • date : [date]
  • orcid : https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8824-4637
  • affiliation : George Washington University
  • contribution type : curatedBy
  • name : Janisha Patel
  • email : janishapatel@gwu.edu
  • reviewer_comment : Reviewed by BioCompute technical assistant, approval pending modification by author
  • status : in-review

Your screen should look like this:

  1. Save your BCO. This review status will remain "in review" until you have submitted your final pull request. (Step 6 in To do: Modify BCO #104)
