The build script has been updated to include additional flags: --no-build-isolation, --no-cache-dir, and verbosity level -vvv. The SHA256 checksum for the source URL has been updated from e9007c144857cb8aefe5a834e50c097d1ed685439c9c25f188e38d0c736084d8 to e1703f2bff4bd747f80b7b3ebd97a8b06dc1b149d4306323c0408ee4cfeddab9. The requirements section has been modified to include setuptools, sphinx, and sphinx_rtd_theme, while seaborn has been replaced with seaborn-base. Additionally, a dev_url field has been added to provide a link to the development repository. No other changes to the logic, error handling, or control flow are present in this update.

There are 3 ways to chat with CodeRabbit:

  • Review comments: Directly reply to a review comment made by CodeRabbit. Example:
    • I pushed a fix in commit <commit_id>, please review it.
    • Generate unit testing code for this file.
    • Open a follow-up GitHub issue for this discussion.
  • Files and specific lines of code (under the "Files changed" tab): Tag @coderabbitai in a new review comment at the desired location with your query. Examples:

    • @coderabbitai modularize this function.
  • PR comments: Tag @coderabbitai in a new PR comment to ask questions about the PR branch. For the best results, please provide a very specific query, as very limited context is provided in this mode. Examples:

    • @coderabbitai read src/utils.ts and generate unit testing code.
    • @coderabbitai read the files in the src/scheduler package and generate a class diagram using mermaid and a README in the markdown format.
    • @coderabbitai help me debug CodeRabbit configuration file.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.

Looks like the testing was cancelled following a disconnection error - how do we re-run the tests? Doesn't look like I've got permission to do so.

@martin-g or @mencian any chance you have any insights into how to fix this?

Any help would be hugely appreciated! In the past I haven't had issues with these updates --but if I can't figure this out soon I'll have to set up some alternate installation approaches for users. Thanks in advance!!

There is some problem with Azure CI ...
Many recipes fail to build with the same issue.
The only workaround I am aware of is to build the recipe in the bulk branch, i.e. Github Actions CI.

We were hoping the upgrade of conda build might improve things. (Thanks @mencian for updating common.) I am talking with a few core members about next options.
