Using the API calling module in BioChatter (https://github.com/biocypher/biochatter/tree/main/biochatter/api_agent), develop a range of API-parameterising submodules for Bioconductor packages (start with popular packages), with the aim of providing examples and troubleshooting capabilities to the Bioconductor support chatbot.
