Summary
I took inspiration from the Astro workflow, and I like it.
This PR adds three two workflows:
S-Needs repro. When this label is added to an issue, an automatic message is sent and asks the user to provide a reproduction.S-Needs reprolabel, and they are inactive for three days.S-Needs triageonce the labelS-Bug confirmedis addedI also update the issue templates with the correct label to assign (which I just created)
