This pull request updates the curated_papers.tsv file with a batch of irrelevant papers.

The only noteworthy resource from this batch of papers is 39498484

This resource is a provider for ensembl IDs, however due to varying URl formats not all IDs can be resolved with just one uri_format. This is similar to 39104285 from PR #1193
