Microsoft lately doesn't really care about AppCenter and there's two big issue for its .NET MAUI MacCatalyst:

.NET MAUI MacCatalyst app is trying to load ''System.Windows.Forms' microsoft/appcenter-sdk-dotnet#1702
Microsoft.AppCenter.Crashes clang++ exited with code 1 when compiling for ios-simulator on pair arm64 mac in VS for Windows microsoft/appcenter-sdk-dotnet#1755

We need to remove it mostly because of the #1755 issue which makes the MacCatalyst app crash!
