@sameersbn the kubeapps chart is hosted in the kubeapps organization, this is just a kind of mirror.
You should create the PR in https://github.com/kubeapps/kubeapps/tree/master/chart/kubeapps and once merged (by @andresmgot), this repo is updated automatically as the upstreamed charts
