Addressing Code Generation Concerns
This PR only modifies the README.md, which is not subject to code generation. The documentation updates describe functionality without modifying any generated
code files. The documentation about path handling will guide users on how to use paths effectively, even as we work on implementing these features properly
through specs/docs.
As noted in PR_NOTE.md, the actual implementation of path handling features needs to be done through specs/docs that drive code generation as per repository
guidelines.
