Add option to show motion only on motion timeline

• Add a "motion only" switch (desktop) / button (mobile) to show motion only on motion timeline (hides review items, timestamps, and ticks).
• When switching between modes, make sure handlebar moves to or remains at a reasonably close time (if handlebar was over a review item segment when switching to motion only mode, for example)
• Refactor timeline scrubber math to account for non-sequential segments
• Fix bug when minimap is hidden and handlebar scrolls into view
• Change input color in theme and for switch to better match figma
