- automatically refresh data when changing event type
- this fixes bug where motion was unable to show time if switched to motion screen after some time on another tab
- this ensures there is no need to refresh when switching tabs
- setup review summary to update every 30 seconds and use that as the source of truth for whether or not there are new items to review
