This PR should make PR bleachbit/bleachbit#86 obsolete!

There is a other file mentioned, %windir%\MiniDump.dmp, I haven't added yet, but I can add it too, if there is a need for.

In my test, one file didn't get deleted, that was easy to delete manual, so maybe someone can make a test of the cleaner and verify that all work well.

File that didn't get deleted:
2019-02-17 10_19_36-bleachbit

File is also missing in the output of BleachBit. Path of file is on the bottom of the picture.

Added Minidumps + changed Syntax -> Should now all work!

- Adding rules from WinApp2.ini/[Windows Error Reporting *]
- Removing unnecessary search="walk.files"
- Adding "Trimmer Block" [Windows Error Reporting *]
