Hi,
Please see attached PR that fix issue with displayUsing methods and add new features such asTotal, asList or maxItems.
Now by default on index and detail view, the items will be displayed as raw. So you need to specify which format do you prefer : asList, asTotal, ...
I hope it will be from your interest and merge this PR.
