This reverts commit b4ba886.
- Implement initial retrieval of all SDK versions to streamline the process. - Add early return with warning when no SDKs are found, enhancing user feedback. - Optimize latest SDK version selection by using the last item from the versions list. - Reorganize code to fetch SDK versions upfront, reducing redundancy and improving clarity.
