truncate/summarize seems to no longer work

When I hit the limit, it offers to truncate or summarize, but is never able to successfully:

I think Im also hitting this, I upgraded to .25 today to get the cli context UI (looks great 😎 ) and now Im hitting limits frequently where the session crashes. Usually it will just silently die with no logs, although I did see at least one crash that showed a panic about context exceeded. I've also seen it loop like this without crashing but I seem to be hitting crashes a lot more since upgrading,

I will also hit this sometimes when Im at 50% and will do a proactive /summarize, but that doesnt always fail because I remember noticing that the context % indicator doesnt decrease after a summarize, you need to send the next message to get that updated, seems like it's reading from the most recent resp headers.

Now that I know this is not just me, I'll try updating to the latest canary, 1.0.27-canary+78afade, and start grabbing more logs if this reoccurs.
