Cursor shifted to the right using native windows CLI

Describe the bug

The cursor is shifted to the right when running goose in windows terminal. The cursor returns the correct position if I quit goose

1. Run Goose CLI on windows

I have goose version 1.1.4 and have exactly the same problem,
OS & Arch: Win11 (native install)
Interface: CLI
**Version:**1.1.4
Extensions enabled: [ vscode]
Provider & Model: google, open router / any model

Same problem. There's an open PR #3989 here - while I'm not sure it is the best solution for maintainability, it does address the issue of misaligned cursor in the text input. I'm curious if this affects other areas as well, if it has I haven't seen it.
