Goose gui recipe parameter input dialog is too long, it should have limited height and scroll auto

Describe the bug

Note: I have maximized the goose window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a desktop version recipe that has maybe many parameters.
2. In the goose desktop gui app, use it.

Expected behavior
The dialog should be responsive.
