Recipe creation fails with No data returned #4244

Describe the bug
Sometimes recipe creation will fail in the ui with "No data returned" but other recipes will succeed. Relaunching goose app then it works.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Chat with an extension like salesforce
- Click on create recipe
- See laying an egg..
- See error No data returned
Expected behavior
The recipe should create without having to restart goose app.
Can we add more logging to this endpoint when it fails we get nothing useful just No data returned.
