Missing list of installed Ollama models

Describe the bug

can't select from available Ollama models.
I have several models installed/downloaded locally, but when I try to select the model from a list - I see only one model in the list

It's hard to change model, have to type model name every time. Also impossible to select Lead/Worker models from UI.

Expected behavior
Expect to see available Ollama models in the app

I think this upcoming fix will resolve this #4270

unfortunately, the above fix will not fix this issue. Our ollama provider does not yet implement the fetch_supported_models() fn.

what if I will provide the PR for fixing this and lead/worker model selection for Ollama?
