Show enabled extensions at the top of the list

Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
It's a pain to find enabled extensions in the extensions page list by scrolling through them all.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be cool if the extension tiles that I have turned on moved themselves to the top of the page so I can quickly see what extensions I have on.

Possibly in another section above "Enabled extensions"
